The customer will have a period of 14 days established by law from the day following the date of a service contract or the day of receipt of the product to send HELION TOOLS any claim in relation to the supplied product. After this period, the products will be considered as compliant by the customer.

HT is not responsible and reserves the right to refuse possible returns in case of merchandise in poor condition due to misuse or shipping damage.

Return of material will only be accepted in the following cases:

a) The return of non-defective goods is not accepted as a rule. However, in special cases and as an exception, returns are accepted, but only with the prior approval of HT, and subsequent confirmation upon receipt of the goods that they meet the requirements. In these cases of return, a surcharge of 15% of the value of the goods will be applied for handling and administration costs. Transport costs shall be borne by the buyer.

b) Defective material at the moment of its reception: If the material is defective in origin, communication must be made to HT, and once the return number is assigned, the product will be sent to HT with its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted: original packaging and unused.

All goods returned must be accompanied by the invoice or delivery note.
